There are few great malls in new jersey and garden state Plaza is one of Tham, upscale stores that you won't find in any mall, and stores that are in any other mall are much nicer in layout and merchandise, the food court is amazing, the layout is so much different from any other food court in any mall I've been, the food selection is excellent I'll give it five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Very nice large mall. Normal mall chains, plus many food offerings - fast food to fine dining. Upscale stores. And mid down-scale stores. Need to use Google maps. Multiple wings to mall. Easy to get turned around.

Great mall. Has a huge variation of stores and restaurants. It also is very aesthetically pleasing, with its lights and design. The food court could definitely have more foods to choose from, but who's to complain. The art designs placed throughout the mall are also a nice touch.

Nice collection of shops. The food court is better than many malls I have been to. Parking is in the building as well as outside open car park. Houses one of the best Macy's around the area.

Quickly. It's also my hang out spot, to grab some food or matcha.

This is a charming shopping spot I visit only occasionally, usually on weekends or when I’m driving through the area. The lively atmosphere of the food court is always a highlight—the inviting aromas and upbeat vibe make it hard to resist stopping for something delicious. Even if I’m not planning to shop much, the overall experience consistently draws me in and keeps the place feeling special each time I visit.

It's a charming shopping destination, but I find myself there only once in a blue moon, typically on weekends or when I happen to drive through the area. The vibrant atmosphere of the food court never fails to entice me, with the tempting aromas wafting through the air, drawing me in and making it hard to resist sampling the delightful offerings.

We visit this mall almost every day because it has plenty of activities for children of all ages and offers a great shopping selection for both kids and adults.

We got positive customer experience with Verizon in the mall. On December 26th, we came back and visited the Apple Store at the mall, received outstanding service as well. Manager Khadiyjah kindly squeezed us in for immediate support, saving us about 45 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment. Specialist Alex quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue within the allotted time. Truly an amazing customer service experience—efficient, professional, and very much appreciated! Great place to go and choice of customer service
